Health Guarantee for Doberman Puppies
This Health Guarantee is made between the Seller and the Original Buyer of the puppy named in the accompanying sales agreement.
Puppy Health Guarantee Term:
Your Doberman puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and is covered by a One (1) Year Health Guarantee from the date of birth against genetic health defects that would significantly affect the quality of life or result in early death.
Coverage Details:
-
This guarantee covers genetic health defects only, such as but not limited to: hip dysplasia, severe cardiac disorders, or inherited neurological disorders.
-
If a genetic defect is diagnosed within the guarantee period, the Buyer must provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming the diagnosis.
-
Upon verification, the Seller may offer the Buyer the option of a replacement puppy of equal value when available, or may offer reimbursement for veterinary treatment, at the Seller’s discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Conditions:
-
The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of taking possession. Failure to do so voids this guarantee.
-
The puppy must be kept current on all recommended vaccinations and deworming schedules, and must not be subjected to abuse, neglect, or improper care.
-
This guarantee does not cover: parasites, allergies, minor infections, umbilical hernias, undescended testicles, or injuries resulting from accidents or improper care.
Return Policy:
In the unfortunate event a qualifying genetic health issue is discovered, the Seller may request the puppy be returned for evaluation. The Seller is not responsible for any veterinary bills incurred without prior agreement.
